This cuff bracelet is made from brass, which was gold-plated and enameled.  The bracelet is adorned with a blue starfish, which was handcrafted from brass and enameled to give it texture.  The starfish is embelished with small Swarovski crystals to give it a subtle shine.  The cuff is also adorned with a large Swarovksi crystal, which makes this cuff a true statement piece.
