Each item in the Lion Collection has been handcrafted by artisans in Florence. Starting from a handmade sketch, a wax sculpture of the object is created using the ancient lost-wax technique, which is then replicated in brass. After the final hand polishing, the brass object is gold or silver plated through a galvanic process. The gold or silver used for the plating is of the highest quality without any nickel or cadmium, ensuring durability, scratch resistance and a completely hypoallergenic product.
