SHIPPING POLICY

 

Domestic shipping

At the moment, Milana Stile offers domestic shipping within the United States with a flat rate of $10.00 for ground shipping.  We are pleased to offer FREE ground shipping on orders $250 and higher. Additionally, we offer expedited shipping (1-2 days) at the flat rate of $25 on all orders. We use UPS as a shipping method and provide our customers with a tracking number so they can monitor the delivery of their orders.

 

Items are typically shipped within 1-3 business days upon confirmation and receipt of payment.

 

Pickup at the design studio

Items are also available for pickup at the studio.  Simply choose this option under the shipping menu at the checkout.  Contact us at milana@milanastile.com to make specific pickup arrangements as the studio is not open to general public and is operated on the "by appointment" basis.  Typically, items are available for pickup the day of purchase upon confirmation and receipt of payment.

 

International shipping

For international shipping, please contact milana@milanastile.com to make specific shipping arrangements. We use trackable DHL service for all international shipments.  Please note that all applicable custom fees, taxes and duties are the sole responsibility of the customer.
